Pavilions - Phase I

The first phase of the Pavilions was completed in May 2001. The building, designed by OMS Architects Ltd, comprises 57,000 sq. m of retail over two floor levels and 2000 car spaces contained within a multi-level building and external landscaped parking areas. 50 retail units of various sizes are supported by two major anchor units. The building form maximizes natural light under a soaring roof. Both Brian McClinton and Frank Doyle were key members of the project team which delivered this project.
